Team Captains:
Team captains are allowed to captain/co-captain only one (1)
team in the same division at the same level.
Roster size:
up to 20 players are allowed.
Player limitation: (MAS rule 10 (d)
In local level leagues of:
1. four or more teams, only two players who are registered on the same team may be members together on any other team in the same Division during the same season.
2. three or less teams, three players may be
members together on another team in the same Division during the same season.
The infraction
occurs at registration. (Tip: register on larger team first)
Division = Adult, Adult Mixed, Senior Mixed, Senior, Super Senior, etc.
Court fees: (fees are per team per match)
$72.00 all levels, $60.00 for 2.5W.

Cancellation policy (scheduled indoor matches only):
72-hour cancellation notice required. Unless a written notice has been sent to Liz Baker and Jim Lawson, 72 hours in advance, all court fees, for the defaulting position, are the responsibility of the defaulting team.
Administration fees: (in addition to TL fees $25.75)
CA Members including Bubble
membership - $25.00
Non-CA members - $55.00
One team captain is exempt from
administration fee.
Match results must be reported on TennisLink by either the winning or losing team captain, or their designee, within 72 hours of the completion of the team match. Failure to do so shall cause the local coordinator to instruct that the match be scored as a Double Default. The non-reporting captain, or designee, must log in to TennisLink and confirm or dispute the reported match scores within 48 hours after they have been reported. After that time, TennisLink automatically blocks any attempt to edit or otherwise contest reported results, which are deemed final and complete with no further right of challenge. (SR6)
Playing on adjacent courts while USTA match is in
progress: Where dividers
are in place and players have left the court, the oncoming players (no more
than 4) may utilize the court until their match is scheduled to start, so long
as play is not disrupted. Please cross-courts on changeovers or when a player
has signaled you to pass through. Please be courteous. If you are asked
not to warm up, please remember that the teams have paid for the courts and are
entitled to the 2 hours. Warm up is allowed at
Rainouts:
Rained-out matches will be played indoors at either the Athletic Club or Owen Brown Bubble normally on Sunday’s following the rainout. Start times will range from 6 PM to 8 AM -- generally beginning with the teams rained out earliest in the week. The league coordinator will assign specific times. No more than one rained-out match will be scheduled per day. League Coordinator’s decisions are final. ONLY HOWARD USTA MATCHES WITHIN THE SAME DIVISION WILL BE HONORED.
