How to print a detailed roster:

  • Go to http://national.usta.com/, enter USTA # in Captain/Coordinator block on the right hand side, enter a password or confirm your email address, whatever you normally do.  Go to team summary page.  Click on Player Roster, when it opens, click “send to Excel”.  At that point, you can add CA # where applicable and then print out the form.  If the players are listed as 11, 12, etc. you did not enter your USTA# as above.  If done correctly, you will see detailed info of the player(s) starting with USTA #.
